Guest Uff Posted February 5, 2010 Share Posted February 5, 2010 Come promesso, ecco anche il video della Toyota. Today we did a little test with the ingame cockpit of the Toyota GT-One. As expected , frame rate is still not a problem at all. I can not give you an accurate impression of the real frame rate on a 30fps video, but i can tell you it went up to 380fps in 1920*1280 using 24 cars on track. So reaching our goal to get 32 high detail cars / high detail cockpits running at a high frame rate is working out fine. Expect a new sound preview video soon. Thinlane is hard at work on the sounds. Arnold is starting the Megane Cockpit, and i am creating teplates and textures for the Honda HSV. Steevee is doing some last Megane skins. For now only a flat color , and a livery based on the test car. Arnold is working on the Megane cockpit, and Thinlane is hard at work on various sound updates. As usual, all is well at RMT. The car uses the alpha sound set. ThinlaneT is still hard at work refining the set. Arnold is building the megane cockpit, and i am finishing some Megane stuff. All is well at RMT. Extreme77 Posted February 14, 2010 Share Posted February 14, 2010 (edited) Sono cmq convinto che si possa lavorare ancora molto con questo motore grafico soprattutto a livello dettagli delle piste, che renderebbero ancora più reale il simulatore. Ma direi che se intendi la "maggiorparte" delle piste ti posso dar ragione , ma credimi il limite superiore per questo motore sono le piste tipo virtualLM, più in la di queste , con il gmotor ,non si va. E' proprio una questione di shading delle superfici e gestione della luce, le texture, ad esempio a lemans o mid-ohio sono al top, come anche al modellazione e shading delle superficie....il limite lo fa rfactor.Confidiamo in un bel upgrade Extreme Edited February 14, 2010 by Extreme77 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
