WSGT2: Corvette C6R Cockpit preview

I almost finished the textures of the Corvette C6R cockpit. just some details and colour equlisation are left. I might say , its about just in time, because Arnold has the second cockpit lined up allready. I also started the templates and textures of the Tommykaira. You should see some results somewhere next weekend. At the moment we are still at shedule. ThinlaneT just about finished the sounds for the SuperGT cars, and KlaasVH has been working on his surprise car.

WSGT2 – Corvette C6R ingame cockpit test

We had a little stress test with the Corvette ingame cockpit. All went well. At a 1920×1200 resolution , AA4x and a 16x Filter with 18 cars ontrack, the framerate held strong between 160 and 340 FPS.

The system used , was my trusty AMD X4 940 with a Nvidia G285GTX.

Arnold just dilivered the Honda NSX Super-GT Cockpit. Another stunning job. I will start texturing it this week. Expect some previews by the weekend , and maybe, an ingame video by the beginning of next week.

Voila. Number two is ready. today i finished the texture set for the Honda NSX Super GT cockpit. It was not a minute to soon, because Arnold has the Mercedes AMG cockpit ready to receive its colors.So next week , you can expect some Mercedes GTR previews and the NSX cockpit ingame. further more, ThinlaneT has made some progress on the Mercedes and Super GT cars soundset.

I have to say it has been fairly buzzy at RMT for the last two weeks. Development was a little slower then usual, but rest assured. We are still working hard to keep the progress of the mod to an acceptable level. Arnold just finished the model of the WSGT2 Mercedes CLK GTR cokpit. I will now start the textures for this beast. Expect some textured previews somewhere next week. We will also show the first of the Megane Trophy 2009 skinset soon. If i find the time, i will do a small video this week to give you all an idea of the state of the mod at this time.

Yesterday we had a Small multicar test on the virtua-LM LeMans track.

24 cars on track. - 1920*1200 – AA4 . All went well. This is a fast qiuck and dirty video mix of the evening.

Dont expect a video wonder. However, it will give you a nice idea about the progress of the WSGT2.
