Working on Game Stock Car must have meant you learned a whole lot of new things about the rFactor engine. Was this the reason you wished to update the Corvette mod?
The learning from 2007 to now has been quite gradual, not really affected by working on GSC. As my physics evolved, I felt the handling of the Corvette got better and Siim was redoing the graphics completely, so it made sense to do a new version. I've also been posting so many videos of private physics projects that every now and then you have to give something to the community.
