TCR Euro Series Ltd. ha svelato ulteriori dettagli sulla serie TCR Europe SIM Racing che prenderà il via il 2 maggio. Il calendario della serie comprende sette eventi sui circuiti virtuali di Spa-Francorchamps, Red Bull Ring, Hungaroring, Le Castellet, Zolder, Monza e Barcellona.
Dopo il round di apertura di sabato 2 maggio, gli altri eventi si svolgeranno il mercoledì; il Red Bull Ring il 13 maggio e l'Hungaroring il 27 maggio. Le date degli eventi successivi verranno comunicate in seguito. Si comincerà alle 19:00 con una sessione di qualificazione di 20 minuti a cui seguiranno due gare consecutive. I primi dieci piloti classificati in Gara 1 verranno invertiti sulla griglia di partenza della seconda gara. Tutto l'evento sarà trasmesso in streaming in diretta.
I concorrenti avranno la possibilità di prendere parte a una sessione di prove libere nelle due ore prima delle qualifiche. Potranno lavorare sull'impostazione dell'auto e richiedere livree personalizzate. Le auto disponibili, che saranno fornite ai piloti come mod per Assetto Corsa, sono otto di quelle omologate da WSC: Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Audi RS 3 LMS, CUPRA, Honda Civic FK7, Hyundai i30 N, Peugeot 308, Renault Mégane e Volkswagen Golf GTI; la nuova CUPRA Leon Competición sarà presto disponibile.

The series’ calendar comprises seven events on the virtual circuits of Spa-Francorchamps, Red Bull Ring, Hungaroring, Le Castellet, Zolder, Monza and Barcelona.
After the opening round on Saturday May 2, the other events will be raced on Wednesdays; the Red Bull Ring on May 13 and Hungaroring on May 27. The dates of the following events will be communicated later on.
The typical timetable will begin at 19:00 with a 20-minute Qualifying session that will be followed by two back-to-back races. The first ten drivers classified in Race 1 will be reversed on the starting grid of the second race. All action will be streamed live.
Competitors will have the possibility to take part in a Free Practice session in the two hours before Qualifying. They can also work on the car’s set-up and ask for customized liveries. The cars available on the platform are eight of those homologated by WSC: Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Audi RS 3 LMS, CUPRA, Honda Civic FK7, Hyundai i30 N, Peugeot 308, Renault Mégane and Volkswagen Golf GTI; the new CUPRA Leon Competición will be made available soon.
The series is organised in cooperation with Drivingitalia.net that has set up a forum to provide online assistance to the competitors and an app that will put them in touch with the race control during the competition
