Maybe the problem is only online, could it be? or in the night sessions, or just mine, I'll try it later on this day in different conditions and will post my comment. About the cockpit view, it's simply darker than other mods (it's like in the ETCS mod of the SRM Team before the patch) and imho, because of that, is less enjoyable than it could be.
