Guest Thomas
Io invece sono molto contento di vedere nuovi screen, e sopra tutto di sapere che il mod e andato avanti bene. Potreste postare un screen al giorno per favore ?

voodoochile
April, 2008 - Charlotte, NC Jan Kohl and Craig "Secret Agent" Budwitz shake hands over a multi-year contract for the two mod groups to produce a full blown sports-car racing game modeled after GT racing, called North American GT Racing (NAGT for short). "We've spent so much time on it, we decided it would be a good idea to just quit with a free mod and do a game." said Jan Kohl, CEO of The Pits. "We felt that the change would be good and the prospect of getting paid for doing something we enjoy would speed up the work." Almost three years has gone by since The Pits first outlined that they wanted to pursue a US road racing game based on real life GT racing. Shortly thereafter, they found that RaceSims Revolution had also wanted to do that, and they decided to work together to make it happen. "We really had a lot of roadblocks thrown in our way, so many real life events pulling people away for months on end and work being held up," said Jan. "This way we all get paid for it, and everyone wins." The two teams have united to form the commercial software gaming group, Pits Revolution. "So many other groups have gone on to be successful commercial gaming companies that we decided we must try it with all the experience we've got here." Jan said. "I'm sure our fans will understand if they have to wait a little longer for the game to come out." That being said, Jan and Craig assured everyone that it was all for the good. Jan's comment was promising. "We've tossed out everything we've been working on the past three years and decided that we would just start from fresh. We've got so much knowledge now about these cars that we're pretty sure it won't take too long to make it all bigger and better than before." [Click to view full-size] Bigger and better seems to be the plan. The new game will have ten cars (the mod only had eight), and since there was no plan to release tracks, the twenty-seven tracks will certainly add to the release. The team wouldn't tell the press what the tracks would be, only that "the best road courses in several continents would be represented". The cars would be the same ones in the current release, with the addition of the Nissan Skyline GTS-R and the BMW M3. "We're progressing on a new technology that will make everything even more realistic. We're using nano-satellite-radar imaging to get every detail of every track, right down to almost every blade of grass." said the team press release. "We're even going to use micro-laser compression technology that laser-maps the inside cylinder walls of the engines, so that you can record every cubic inch of racing fuel and air that goes in the cylinder." This will be a monumental release for the world of simulator racing, and the team has even coined a new phrase. "We're really inventing sim racing all over again," read the press release. "We're calling it "digital racing", the most realistic experience on a computer you'll ever get." The projected release date for the North American GT Racing game is in 2112, right before the release of "The Temples of Syrinx" by the computer gaming group, RockStar. _________________
