Forse da lì sarà possibile aprire regedit e anche modificare i criteri per aprire la console. Poichè la riga è in local machine nel registro, dovresti poter fare anche la modifica da un altro utente. Se funziona dall'altro utente, e po riesci ad aprire tak manager, magari potremmo ripristinare anche gli altri comando della console.
