Magari sei giovane e non ne risenti ma se ti abitui a questa disfunzione del ritmo sonno/veglia, in futuro avrai grossi problemi... credimi. Se non riesci a prendere sonno, leggi un libro... oppure stai a letto, chiudi gli occhi e STAI LI!!!! se non dormi peggio, ma almeno riposi il resto...
